The website has been updated with a free buy and sell ad page, restaurant reviews, new photos and community event pages.
Please let us know if you want to rent your car space or storage cage.
When you hear the alert tone, which is a Beep Beep sound.
It indicates prepare yourself for an evacuation. When you hear the evacuation tone, which is a Whoop Whoop sound, it indicates to evacuate the building immediately. Voice commands will also be heard. There are two sets of fire stairs along the corridor on each level. The Exit Signs on the ceiling direct you to these stairs (a floor plan is located near the garbage chute). Exit via the nearest stairwell. When evacuating the building, residents should evacuate as quickly and as orderly as possible to the assembly area located at the

2. Australian Ballet in Kavanagh Street.
Any people with a disability or in need of assistantance please advise the Building Staff. The all clear to return to the building will be given by the Officer-in-charge of the Emergency Service.
Could the Residents who have not filled out the information sheet please let the Triptych staff know your car registration
Residents who would like to purchase a car-park bollard please contact the following that’s My Car Spot 1300 644 533. This is the only bollard that has been approved by the Owners Corporate. Ensure you park in your allocated
car park . There is NO visitors Parking
Please ensure that you dispose of rubbish in the correct maner . Placing item such as cardboard boxes, large plastic bags down the chute will cause a blockages.
Triptych Vertical Garden has been chosen to be a part of the Landscaping convention last month with around 6 bus loads of admirers. Next bus tour will be on the 20th October. Triptych next scheduled window clean has started and should be completed by the end of the month weather permitted.
To avoid being locked out of you apartment Residents can arrange to leave a spare key with the Concierge.
Garden Area - friendly reminder to Triptych Residents, dogs are not allowed on level 6 garden area.

Pilates – Residents interested in a Pilate’s class please contact building staff.
We would like to bring to the attention of all owners and tenants that the 12 month defect warranty period has now expired. Please refer to the Apartment Manuals for contractors and warranty details. These were originally located in the kitchen drawer at settlement. If the folders have been removed in leased apartments, please contact your Leasing Manager and they will be able to assist
with any maintenance issues. In case of any emergency, please refer to those contacts in the manual or you may wish to engage your own or contact Building concierge for assistance If anyone else has a special interest or event they think other Triptych Residents may be interested in contact the staff.

On behalf of Darren , Mark and Michelle we welcome you to the first edition of the Triptych news letter.
Thank you to the residents who have formed the Triptych Committee group, Darrel Wilson is the president.
The Windows-The windows are programmed to open and close depending on the weather conditions, windows will open if the average wind speed is less than 68km/h and, the outside air temperature is 18 degrees or more.
Noise– Please be mindful of your neighbours regarding noise if you are disturbed by noise after 11pm please report it to the Building manager or concierge.
Car Park- When entering and exiting the car-park please turn on your car lights.
Remember the speed limit is 5 kmph
Please ensure that you park in your designated car-park contact the concierge for assistance. Also don’t forget to register your car with the concierge.
Please advise us if someone has parked in your spot.
